Yes, we repair vehicles up to 7.5 ton, incl. Hi-top, lwb and luton vans

If I decide to forego a courtesy car, can I have my vehicle collected and re-delivered?2019-01-28T21:00:02+00:00

Of course, you may book an am or pm service Mon – Fri.

Can you carry out non-insurance work at the same time?2019-01-28T20:59:46+00:00

Yes, we will be happy to provide a firm quotation for anything extra you would like done whilst your vehicle is already off the road.

When do I pay my excess?2019-01-28T20:59:31+00:00

Your excess is payable to us upon completion of repairs before you take re-possession of your vehicle.

Will I be supplied with a courtesy car?2019-01-28T20:59:16+00:00

If you have entitlement, we will supply a courtesy car/van for your use. Insurance for this replacement vehicle will be transferred from your own policy and the same terms and conditions will apply as for your own vehicle, including any applicable excess.
Please remember, any incident involving the courtesy car will involve another claim on your policy and another excess requiring payment.

Does the repair affect my manufacturers’ warranty?2019-01-28T20:59:00+00:00

No! main agents will tell you that it does, but the facts are as follows:-
Repair and servicing restrictions were lifted in May 2004 by the Office of Fair Trading – meaning that, by law any repair carried out by trained personnel, using equipment fit for the task, following the manufacturers’ recommended repair procedures, cannot affect the warranty of your vehicle.
For a more detailed analysis the Block Exemption Regulations 1400/2002 (BER) refer.

Can you explain how the claims process works?2019-01-28T20:58:27+00:00

We are contracted to contact you within a set time of your insurance company referring the claim to us.
We will keep you advised of the progress of repairs and contact you again when completion is imminent. Arrangements can then be made for your collection or our delivery of your vehicle back to you.
